On June 1, 2009, the IRS issued its guidance for the 30% consumer tax credit (up to $1,500.00) for the purchase and installation of a 75% or more, efficent biomass-burning approved fireplace products purchased between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.We carry only Certified Stoves that have been tested and approved for this credit. Official Certificate of Efficiency for stoves are available, or may be found directly from the manufactures' website. The State of Oregon, has also approved a State tax credit for installation in Oregon residences. Wood and Pellet burning Stoves, Inserts and Fireplaces qualify.
